We have focused on producing fine custom shutters in the area since 1973. Our custom shutters are always finished and installed at competitive prices. Exterior shutters are our specialty but we work regularly with interior designers and are industry partners of ASID.

WIDE LOUVER SHUTTERS CUSTOM MADE AND FINISHED
MOVEABLE LOUVERS AND RAISED PANEL LOUVERS in 2 1/2”, 3 1/2”, and 4 1/2”
(minimum 8 square feet per opening)
Includes painting / staining and installation with standard framing (see options)
- Stiles: 2" wide x 1 1/16” standard (wider or thicker per quote)
- Rails: Top - 4" std.; Middle - 3" - 4" ; Bottom - up to 5 1/8” Wider; Bottom Rail - $10/panel
- Max Pane! Width: 36"
- Max Pane! Height: 120"
Panels over 72" in height must have a divide rail.
Otherwise, we cannot guarantee warpage.
- Substile: To create wide panels, $30 each
Plus each panel section - Mullions and T-Post up to 3" wide
To divide windows into sections and Bay Windows - $4.62 1/F - Push Rod Placement - $15 panel (center is standard)
- Shutters (panels) cannot be wider than their height
Otherwise they will sag. - Double Hung - $20 per full length
- Middle Divider Rail [any height) - 1 rail is standard
Additional rails - $20 setup charge for each size panel (if 10 panels the same height, just $20 charge) - Exterior Shutters - 15% Extra
- Finishes:
Unfinished - $8.65 sq / ft (no framing)
Paint / Stain Match - $40 each
We can stain - 15% Extra
100% wood match is not practical on stains due to wood grain - FOB – Houston
Packaging, Crating & Shipping / Freight is Extra
